We are looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Partnerships & Business Development Executive to join the Unipal family. This role goes beyond traditional sales — we are seeking someone who enjoys meeting different types of businesses, understands their needs, and focuses on building strong, lasting partnerships, not just closing one-time deals.
You will represent Unipal to potential partners, introduce the platform’s value, and work closely with businesses to create collaborations that grow and evolve over time.
+ Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and sign new business partners to join the Unipal platform.
- Present Unipal’s value proposition clearly to businesses across different industries.
- Negotiate partnership terms and student offers that create mutual value.
- Manage the partner onboarding process and ensure a smooth start to the partnership.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner information within the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support partnership growth and alignment.
- Stay informed about market trends and identify new partnership opportunities.
+ Requirements:
- Experience in sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within the Bahrain or GCC market.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
- Confident, outgoing personality with the ability to build rapport with different types of businesses.
- Comfortable working with tools such as Google Sheets, Word, and CRM systems.
- A relationship-focused mindset rather than purely transactional sales.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
