About the role:

We’re building a Customer Experience team that goes beyond answering user complaints. One that understands why users behave the way they do, what frustrates them, and how we can turn that into better decisions. 

We want our Customer Experience team to be more than just support. We want it to be a smart, insight-driven function that helps shape the product especially with local insights that we can't get any other way.

If you're curious, analytical, and love talking to users we’d love to have you.

What will you be doing?

 
  • 🗣️ Talk to users. Answer chats and support requests with empathy and clarity. Be their go-to person when they need help.
     
  • 📊 Spot patterns. Start noticing what users are saying and doing. What do they love? Where are they getting stuck?
     
  • 🌍 Dig into local behavior. Help us understand user differences so we can build smarter features.
     
  • 🧠 Share insights. Work closely with the product team. Let them know what you’re seeing on the ground so they can make better decisions.
     
  • 🚀 Make CX proactive. We don’t just want to react to problems. We want to get ahead of them. Your insights should help us do that.
     
  • 🧹 Organize and optimize. Help improve our daily CX processes
