+ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, approach, and sign new business partners to join the Unipal platform
  • Conduct outbound prospecting including cold calls, field visits, and meetings
  • Present Unipal’s value proposition clearly to decision-makers
  • Negotiate agreements and close deals
  • Maintain accurate pipeline tracking within the CRM system
  • Achieve monthly brand acquisition and revenue targets

+ Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles
  • Proven track record of overachieving targets
  • Cold calling and field sales experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English
  • Comfortable using CRM systems
  • Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance productivity, prospecting, outreach, research, and overall sales efficiency
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Growth mindset and willingness to develop professionally
  • Presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Valid driving license and own car
