Job description

As a Customer Service Agent, your primary responsibility is to provide excellent service and support to customers, ensuring their satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships. You will handle inbound inquiries and resolve customer issues or concerns via various communication channels, such as phone, email, or live chat. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric mindset.

 

Responsibilities

  • Addressing Student concerns and finding solutions to enhance their satisfaction.
  • Reaching out to students to conduct research interviews.
  • Assisting students register, verify their accounts & edit their profiles when needed.
  • Approving and rejecting student applications.
  • Boost student engagement and app usage.
  • Providing Haiba premium subscribers with exceptional service and extra benefits.

 

Experience required:

  • Familiarity with the Unipal platform would be a plus.
  • Prior experience in customer service would be a plus.
  • Experienced in using Excel or Google sheet.
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills.
  • Negotiation Skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to adapt in a competitive environment.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English.
  • Strong social and communication skills (Written & Verbal).
